As currently configured, there are 5 private, secure storage units and one large workshop space located underneath the Allure Salon at 841 Pioneer Way. The spaces range from approximately 70 sq ft to around 640 sq ft. All of the spaces are dry and maintain a nice constant temperature year round for sensitive storage needs.

The overall space could be reconfigured into over 1200 sq feet of room serviced with its own dedicated 100A 240V three phase power.
