The Oak Harbor "Holland Happening" street fair is located on Pioneer Way, right out front of the Ernst Apartment building. It means that thousands of people are guaranteed to walk past the Ernst building's storefronts over its 3-day run. Here are some examples of the foot traffic from 2019.
The largest festival is the Oak Harbor Music Festival, every Labor Day weekend.
The crowds will be there for the festivals: make your business attractive to them!
The Holland Happening fairground is set up between Pioneer Way and Bayshore, about 2 blocks from the Ernst building. It gets a lot of people downtown:
