Apartment #203 is a beautiful little 1940's studio apartment. It is 365 sq ft, but comes with a giant closet. This apartment was remodeled to make the most of its space. The floating kitchen table and custom kitchen cabinetry were designed by a local architect. It still has its original hardwood floors in the living room.
